IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE, GET ONE!

I can’t tell you how many people I come in contact with that don’t have a Real Estate Professional that they can call on, or more importantly COUNT ON.

Why is this so important? Simple – Knowledge is power.

Did you know that a Real Estate Professional has ability to acquire knowledge that stretches far beyond just buying or selling Real Estate – that is, if they’re good at their job! Very important to remember that.

We deal with professionals from all facets of life: contractors, attorneys, inspectors, community officials, plumbers, electricians, insurance brokers, title officers, tax officials… That’s just to name a few. There are so many questions you might need the answer to and not know who to ask. “I need a reasonable plumber I can trust?” “I’m thinking about updating my kitchen. Will that add to the value of my home or am I throwing money away?” “My property taxes just went up, can I contest this?” “My back is killing me, do you have the number of a great masseuse…?” Okay, the last one maybe not, but you get the picture. ASK US! I know if it was me, I’d have the answer or I could get it to you very quickly. That’s what we’re supposed to do.

And you wouldn’t be bothering me, because here’s a little secret… I want you to call me. I want to hear from you. Even if it’s to help out a family member, a friend, or work associate. Let me be your resource. If a Real Estate Professional is good at his job, he should never, EVER be too busy to serve you.

I Want to finish up by saying this – when it’s finally time to make the biggest financial decision of your life – buying property or selling your own property – wouldn’t you want to do that with someone you already know, and more importantly, someone you already trust. Or would you rather use someone last minute, who you just met?

Get a Real Estate Professional that you trust today, and use them.
